ZOGA多維動作體系 三日入門課
Zoga 是上帝賜給我們身體的珍貴禮物。它提供一個讓身體產生多維動作(multidimentional movement)的技法。這個技法的解剖學基礎是「解剖列車」的筋膜力線地圖與張力共構(tensegrity)的概念。它的動作基礎是來自「瑜珈體位法」(Yoga asanas) 的動作靈感。因此Zoga的動作設計是兼具科學與哲學的思維、體現身體與心靈的平衡。這個動作概念，是一種結合身體伸展(stretching)與強化(strengthening)的優質方法，讓人們在多維空間中達到更多的自由度、並挑戰許多肌筋膜層之間不同的滑動向量。Zoga最獨特的價值之一，是它同時具有動態功能測試的功能，這是其他的動作技法少有的特色。若個案在特定動作有活動受限或是左右不對稱的狀態，就能依據「解剖列車」的筋膜力線地圖找出身體肌筋膜的問題所在，並可進一步用手法(進階 Zoga movement therapy) 解決。最終讓身體重塑肌筋膜系統的建構方式，並達到結構整合(structural integration)的終極目標。
三種人適合來上ZOGA課:
1. 專精於動作療法(movement therapy)的治療師/醫師，學習Zoga的動作教案，找出個案肢體活動受限的關鍵點，藉由Zoga多維動作並搭配手法解決問題。
2. 動作教育專家(如瑜珈老師、普拉提老師、禪柔老師等)，學習Zoga的動作教案帶團課，協助學員自我覺察身體問題所在，藉由Zoga多維動作方案達到結構平衡的目標。
3. 以上兩種專家想做身體的自我探索之旅，並能同時找出自身問題所在，藉由Zoga多維動作方案獲得解決。
About Zoga Movement Introduction 三日入門課說明
ZOGA Movement Introduction 三日入門講座 是針對所有與身體工作相關人士而設計的入門培訓研習：包括物理治療師、手法治療師、骨病醫師、按摩治療師、瑜伽、皮拉提斯、費登魁斯等各種動作形式的教師，動作教練與防護員，以及治療肌肉骨骼系統的醫師等。
在為期3天的ZOGA入門研習中，您將學到：
- 肌筋膜層之間如何在拉伸(stretch)時相互移動
- 解剖列車的筋膜力線如何適應牽拉(stretch)
- 瑜珈體位的特定擺位如何產生筋膜的拉伸和滑動
- 如何藉由姿勢及動作的視覺評估，引導出新的改正策略
- 如何幫助學生/個案在移動的身體中找到那些模糊和頑固的“角落(corners)”

ZOGA MULTIDIMENTIONAL MOVEMENT
Tom Myers一直在解剖列車官方的教案中列入Zoga研習，多年來從未停歇。
ZOGA結合了瑜伽體位與解剖列車結構整合(ATSI)，在動作設計上，特別着重增加身體肌筋膜層之間滑動自由度的評估與解決方案，此部分特別彰顯解剖列車體系的中心思想，難怪Tom Myers不遺餘力地幫忙推廣Zoga多維動作的概念與教學。

WOJTEK CACKOWSKI
佛伊塔克 導師
Wojtek導師一生都投入於動作療法(movement)、運動科學(sports)和身體工作(bodywork)領域。
他是波蘭認證的物理治療師，同時也是經過認證的 ATSI結構整合執行師。過去十年來，他一直從事徒手療法和瑜伽治療，並結合水中筋膜治療。身爲兩個孩子的快樂父親，他在波蘭定居並在一家醫療水療中心(medical spa)執業。他建立了一個治療師團隊，結合使用 ATSI 和Zoga動作療法並搭配物理治療技術。
Wojtek導師一直醉心於筋膜解剖學的研究，藉由大體解剖、超音波掃描和動作分析來探索空間組織的關係，進而開發出Zoga動作療法。
他是波蘭手法醫學會的理事，該學會制定了波蘭手法醫學的發展標準和方向。此外，Wojtek導師也參與了專注於筋膜層動作以及結構整合的臨床影響和由手法和運動干預産生的結構變化測量等研究。

Day 2
- Fascia mechanics, the impact of individual fascial layers on each other, RelativeMovement within the body.
- Sagittal plane – manual techniques.
- Lunch break.
- Intervention and movement analysis of the frontal plane.
- Working on the balance of the frontal plane in movement & practice.
Day 3
- Examples of using postural and functional assessments to create treatmentstrategies for the transverse plane. Practice.
- Spiral movement and preparation to open the center of the body.

- Deep Front Line, movement, and manual work.

Cancellation Policy 退費約定
- 若招生不足，本單位有取消講座的權利。
- 若因講座取消或改期而導致相關損失(如訂房費，交通費等)，恕難由主辦單位負責。
- 若因不可抗拒之因素而無法舉辦，則該堂講座之報名費全額退費。
- 若因個人因素無法參加，於「講座開始日」前31日之前申請退費者，酌收行政作業費用 $1000 元/堂（海外學員另有退費行政費用規範）。
- 「講座開始日」前30日至前16日間申請退費者，退還70%。
- 「講座開始日」前15日至前8日間申請退費者，退還50%。
